Hi, D100 Tech Support Team and Human Resource Office,
The following archive file download problem described below happens in all programs.
D100 archive files used to have TWO ways to download the files by Subscribers, including long time supporter like me, who live in Toronto, ONE is right click on the mouse, save the link as, Two is left click on the mouse, download the file directly into the Downloads Folder in the computer.
Starting on 3rd May, Monday, the right click “SAVE The LINK AS" way doesn’t work any more, in stead, a Note like " 404 error, Sorry, file not found. Please contact Support for assistance" popped up.
There must be something wrong in the upload process, D100 should provide both user friendly ways for loyal supporters to download files. If we can not enjoy the wonderful programs produced by D100, we will then be disconnected from D100 and Hong Kong as well.
If D100 supporters give up posting requests, it will be a great lost to D100 for not hearing from Supporters. Please look into the matter.
